The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program was established by federal law known as the Older Americans Act over thirty years ago. The mission of the Ombudsman Program is to promote compassionate care for individuals receiving long term care services through information, education, advocacy, and direct intervention.
Area Agency on Aging 11, Inc. works with people, communities and organizations to plan and prepare for aging through education, advocacy and implementation of services.
We are looking for licensed Nurses and Social Workers who enjoy working with the community to help those with disabilities and aging individuals.

The Area Agency Bridge Fund helps those in our communities in instances where other programs can not. We are always looking for partners and individuals who are willing to support our efforts. We appreciate it and more importantly so do those community members it assists!

The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program that provides income eligible Ohioans with their home energy bills.
Applicants for HEAP may also be eligible for the Percentage of Income Payment Plan (PIPP) to assist with the monthly costs of heating and cooling their home
