Need help, but not sure where to start? Area Agency on Aging 11, Inc. can answers questions about the many programs available to assist older adults, their families and caregivers. Let the Area Agency on Aging help sort through the many options available to you.

- If you are comfortable searching for home care and other kinds of services, and have an idea of what you are looking for, try our searchable database Northeast Ohio Senior Link.
- If you'd like personal help in sorting through the options available, please contact us at 330-505-2300 or 1-800-686-7367. When you ask for help figuring out what's available, you will be connected to a member of our screening department. The screener will ask you some questions about your situation and help determine what options might be available.
- If talking to someone on the phone isn't enough, the screener can schedule a member of our professional staff to come to your home and talk about the many programs and services available in your community. The in-home consultation is free of charge. Call the agency at 330-505-2300 or 1-800-686-7367 and speak to a screener to schedule an in-home consultation.
